We offer respiratory departmental staffing solutions for the healthcare provider, as well as information about exciting career opportunities for the RCP. We also offer general information about our mission and management philosophies below.
To continue being the leading provider of Respiratory Practitioners in the U.S. into the 21st century. To continue to hone our management philosophy - 'focus on one specialty - and do it right' and to prove that this method works best in a medical facility's risk management model when selecting ancillary personnel providers.
IRS was established in September, 1986. Founded, still managed and owned by Mark D. Finkelstein, CRT, the current President of this organization, IRS has grown to be the largest full-service staffing agency in the country dedicated solely to respiratory care practitioners.
Founded with the belief that an organization dedicated to this profession could provide higher quality staff and manage the recruitment and retention better than agencies that provide nursing first and everything else second, IRS quickly dominated its originating market, metro-Phoenix, as it still does today. With each new market it enters, IRS proves, once-again, that this dedicated approach is more cost-efficient to the medical facility, as well as substantially complements its risk management model.
Here are some quotes from our valued accounts, as well as our valuable employees....

- "Other Agencies promised me the world ... even had me move, only to find the position didn't exist! Only IRS has delivered its promises!"
